Interest for JCoSS 6th Form is far and wide

JCoSS, the Jewish Community Secondary School, are delighted by the response from the community for the new 6th Form, opening in 2012.  Chair of Governors, Mike Grabiner explained ‘There has been a great deal of interest from the community for the opening of the 6th Form.  We have had a significant number of people registering their interest; students currently in Year 11 in independent schools, state schools and other Jewish schools.  And, in common with the main school, students have been attracted from a broad spectrum of traditions.’  Mr Grabiner continues ‘I think students are very keen on what we have to offer.  Small class sizes during the crucial A-Level period is an excellent benefit and ensures that every student enjoys individual attention from the teacher.  Put this together with state of the art facilities and excellent educators – including deputy head teacher Patrick Moriarty, former Head of 6th Form at Haberdashers’ Girls’ – and it is clear to see why the response has been so positive.”

To find out more, JCoSS will be holding an open evening on Thursday 10th November.  For more information and to register your attendance click here
