Parent Governor Elections

We are currently running a Parent Governor election. There has been a good response and there are ten candidates for three places.  This means that we must now have a ballot.

As there are three vacancies, each parent is entitled to three votes.  This means that you can vote for three of the candidates. 

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that following a Skills Audit, we are particularly in need of experts in Accounting, Security and Health & Safety.

The ballot will take place via School Post and those that do not hold an email address on file, will be sent a hard copy ballot paper. As indicated on the ballot paper you should vote by marking a single “X” alongside the names of the three parents you support.  Papers recording more than three votes or marked in any other way will be invalid.

Please either vote through School Post or place the marked ballot paper in an envelope marked ‘Returning Officer JCoSS’ and then seal the envelope and post back to school or by pupil hand delivery to Reception.  

The ballot will close at 9am on Monday 3 November 2025. 

The name of the successful candidates will be published on the School’s website and will be recorded in the Minutes of the meeting of the Governing Body taking place at 7.00pm on Tuesday 2 December 2025.
