Earlier this month, a number of Year 12 students attended the 2019 ORT Jump Graduation at JW3.
The ORT Jump Programme provides our students with access to some of the most impressive talents working across a range of industries and, gives young people a real insight into the working experience of leading professionals.
JCoSS students were privileged to be linked up, one-to-one, with surgeons, accountants, journalists and engineers, to name a few of the industries involved, who provided priceless guidance on how to go about forging future careers. Such opportunities cannot be taken for granted and we are enormously grateful to the time and effort that mentors put into providing their mentees with a rich and meaningful experience.
In speaking to our students, it was clear to see that all of them took full advantage of this programme; however, a special mention should go to Alyssa Jacobs who was one of five students to win the ORT essay competition.
If any parents would consider the idea of becoming a mentor, then please do not hesitate to contact Anna Black at anna.black@ortuk.org
