Earlier this month members of JCoSS staff participated in the London West 5K Tough Mudder.  I think most of the team would agree that they don’t call it ‘Tough Mudder’ for nothing! Despite the FREEZING weather and being SOAKED through with muddy water, we managed to pull together as a team and cross the finish line. The Team work and camaraderie were essential and without it we would not have been able to complete the obstacles and raise over £1000 for charity! Boundaries were definitely crossed and I can safely say I know certain colleagues a lot better than I did before! Massive well done to everyone who took part and faced their fears.  As they say, “you can get by with a little help from your friends”!
