JCoSS Physicists visit CERN

Earlier this term 22 of JCoSS’ Year 13 physicists and staff from the Physics department went for a 2 night whistle stop tour to Geneva in Switzerland to attend CERN – Europe’s Centre for Nuclear and Particle Physics Research.

This was a truly inspiring and potentially life-changing trip and was made even more incredible by our fantastic students and their drive for knowledge about our universe. We wish them the best of luck in their A-levels and beyond!
