JCoSS has announced the winners of its House name competition.  They are:

Winner: Rebecca Alter, Akiva
Runners Up: Emelia Wise, Frith Manor; Amy Franks, Wolfson Hillel

JCoSS asked prospective students to suggest names for its four school houses, which will compete within the school.  The names suggested were to reflect JCoSS’s unique character and ethos.  We received dozens of entries, many of which were very clever and extremely thought-provoking.

Because the school is keen to involve all its first cohort of students in this process, the final decision as to the House Names will be made in the autumn, with the suggestions of all three winners guaranteed a place of the shortlist. 

The final decision will be made by the school governors.
