The Governing Body has decided to appoint Patrick Moriarty as Acting Headteacher for the academic year 2012/13. 

Having considered a wide field of applicants, we are very confident that Mr Moriarty is the right person for the school at this time and will provide excellent leadership and continuity, together with a strong commitment to our ethos.

As many of you will be aware, Mr Moriarty, in his role as Deputy Headteacher, has worked very closely with our current Headteacher, Mr Stowe-Lindner. He joined JCoSS well before the School opened, having gained 22 years’ experience in his previous schools, which include The Latymer School and Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls where he was Head of Sixth Form.

Mr Moriarty has already made a very significant contribution to JCoSS’s development and he, together with the school’s strong senior leadership team, will ensure that the school continues to build on its outstanding successes to date.
